can I get a custom quote?
Absolutely! I know your business is unique and may have specific requirements. Book in a free initial consultation to discuss your needs and I can provide a customised quote accordingly.
what payment options are accepted?
I provide digital invoices which have multiple payment options. My preferred option is a Direct Deposit. Alternatively, you can use most major credit/debit cards to pay once you receive your invoice.
Do I need to pay up front?
For larger projects, I'll provide an estimate which you must agree to before work can commence. This may include a non-refundable 10% deposit where applicable. Full and final payments are detailed on the invoice sent to you after work commences.

When are final payments due?
Usually, invoices are to be finalised within seven business days, outstanding balances after this time may be subject to a late fee.
Some invoices may specify a longer timeframe for final payments, subject to the scope of the project.

Are there any cancellations or late fees?
Cancellations
Should you terminate a project without sufficient notice, the full quoted cost of the project still applies. ‘Sufficient notice’ is determined based on the project and will be communicated to you within the quote or invoice.
Deposits are Non-Refundable upon signing of invoice.
For consultation services, including workshops and training, 50% of the total fee still applies if cancelled within 24 hours notice.
Late Payments
Any late payments will trigger a fee of 5.00% per Calendar month on the amount still owing.
